10 Jul New Kindle Fire – The Evolution of E-Readers Continues
Technology continues to advance at a seemingly exponential pace. Just a few years ago I was wondering if anyone would ever read legitimate literature on a small portable electronic device. Now we find ourselves surrounded by them, top players like Amazon, Apple, and Google, competing with little guys (or littler guys) like Barnes and Noble, and Samsung among a long list of others. The recent announcement by Amazon informing the public about the new features in the next iteration of Kindle Fire continues to astound our love of gadgetry.
Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
Coming soon, yet another tabletesque superstar is going to hit the market. Following the most recent trends in the tab-lo-sphere, the new KF will have a thinner profile, higher resolution display, and slightly better hardware. Some speculation remains on if the size will grow to 10 inches, or remain at the Kindle standard of 7 inches, there are those among the tech community who think it might even be both! As the tech specs of e readers and tablets continue to improve at the virtual speed of light, you might be wondering how content developers can keep up with the changing standards, formats, and technical challenges?
