13 Oct AI Optimization and Consulting Services: Word Wizards Partners with Command Labs
Word Wizards has partnered with Command Labs, an AI implementation firm, to offer AI optimization and consulting services to businesses, agencies, and nonprofits. The services address a common problem: most organizations have been told that AI will transform their operations, and very few have been shown how. Command Labs builds AI systems for small and mid-size teams and trains the people who run them. Every engagement is fixed in scope, produces a defined deliverable, and ends in a completed working system.
Supercharge Your Workflow

AI Readiness Audit. The recommended starting point. Command Labs interviews stakeholders and maps workflows across the functions the client nominates to find where staff hours actually go. Each opportunity is scored by return and effort, and the engagement ends with a prioritized roadmap and an executive readout. The roadmap belongs to the client, and it is useful whether or not Command Labs builds what follows.
AI Training. Live, hands-on sessions built around the team’s real work and schedule, with written summaries and action items after each session and text, email, or Slack support in between. Two course tracks are available and customized as needed. The first covers practical AI tools for working staff: projects, connectors, skills, and AI inside spreadsheets, browsers, and documents. The second, for business leaders, explains how AI agents actually operate: language models, memory, agent loops and tools, triggers, observability, and cybersecurity.
Agent Skill Implementation. Every organization has expertise that lives in a few people’s heads, such as the way it runs a review, prepares a filing, scopes a quote, or produces a report. Command Labs packages that expertise into skills that AI agents load on demand. Each skill is authored and tested against real tasks, versioned, and documented so the client’s own team can maintain it. The result is institutional knowledge that executes the same way every time, regardless of who is at the desk.
AIOS Setup. An AI operating system wrapped around how the business already runs. The engagement establishes a context and data foundation, adds core skills and integrations with the tools already in use, and delivers the first automations along with a roadmap for what follows. Clients own the infrastructure they build rather than renting it indefinitely.
Custom Development and AI System Integrations. Purpose-built software that connects AI to the systems a business already operates: CRMs, document pipelines, intake and quoting workflows, and back-end processes. This is where a well-understood bottleneck becomes a tool built to remove it.
Who it serves
Small and mid-size businesses and organizations that want to achieve measurable results from AI. Media and production companies, where AI editing, transcription, and post-production tools can return creative time lost to administrative work. Marketing agencies, consultancies, and professional services firms that live on proposals, reports, and client deliverables. Public agencies and nonprofits that need to build automation and compliance infrastructure once, on their own terms. Personal practices who want to optimize their processes and find creative new ways to save time.
About Command Labs
Command Labs is a Miami-based AI and software engineering practice founded by Tad Duval and incorporated in 2017. Its client list includes Carnival Cruise Line, Ally Financial, Kforce, pre.dev, AgentOps, LedgerAI, Ironglass Byte, and Bolay Kitchen, alongside Word Wizards. The firm’s specialty is what it calls agentic engineering: getting AI agents to understand a task precisely, measuring the quality of their output with formal evaluations, building multi-step workflows with human checkpoints, guardrails, and failure recovery, and scaling them with multi-agent orchestration. In its own words, “a demo is not a system,” and its engagements are judged by whether the result holds up in production.
Representative projects give a sense of the range. For Word Wizards, Command Labs built the production version of SAIV, a synthetic voice platform for audio description. pre.dev, a software startup, worked with CMD to automate a workflow that generates and distributes the company’s social media content. For Bolay Kitchen, a restaurant group, they connected the company’s digital ecosystem to its operations. Clients describe Tad as “a true systems builder and tactical thinker” and “an acute problem solver,” and note that he takes the time to explain the work rather than simply doing it.
Command Labs is also an active educator. It has published hundreds of instructional videos on its YouTube channel, @cmd_labs, with recent titles including 9 AI Agent Concepts Every Business Leader Needs, Production-Grade AI Agents, A Private AI Assistant Over Your Own Data, AI Agents That Operate Your Software, Keeping AI Reliable Enough to Ship, and End-to-End AI Video Automation. Since early 2025, Tad has organized sixteen AI Masterclass events in Miami, hybrid in-person and live-stream sessions on topics such as AI content engines, AI video automation, and AI-driven content distribution. In October 2026, Command Labs delivered a hands-on AI video editing lab for the University of Miami School of Architecture. The same instructional approach carries into the AI Training service described above.
The Word Wizards role

Word Wizards brings decades of B2B consulting experience to the partnership. We engaged first with CMD during the SAIV project to achieve real programing objectives at a fraction of the previous cost of similar development. Together we developed a highly specific scope for the product, explored potential ways to solve our challenges, and created an application that met all of our project requirements. The process was always transparent, with clear benchmarks and well-planned criteria for success. Word Wizards has since applied the same optimization discipline across its own operations, using AI to improve efficiency across many divisions from compliance tracking to business development. Clients who engage through Word Wizards get a partner that has already made the decisions they are facing: which tasks to automate, which to keep human, and how to communicate business goals to technical partners.
