Welcome to the New WordWizardsInc.com

Our revitalized website is officially live as of summer 2026. Word Wizards has been in business for 40 years, and the site has been rebuilt to reflect what we do today: expert accessibility services, consulting, and production, organized so you can find what you need and request a quote in a few clicks.

A new AI Services section

An open black tool case branded WW, holding a drill, driver bits, and hand tools in fitted foam, representing the Word Wizards AI toolbox.

The biggest addition is a dedicated section for our AI services: AI captioning and transcription, SAIV synthetic voice for audio description and narration, CAIV captioning analysis, and AI consulting.

What matters most about it is how we work. We offer two kinds of workflows and are clear about the difference. Fully automated workflows are fast and affordable, and for clean media they perform well. Human-hybrid workflows add our expert technicians at the points where accuracy and compliance are on the line, such as a human transcript feeding AI caption timing, or a specialist validating automated remediation. Hybrid is where we guarantee compliance. The new section lays out both so you can choose based on your budget, timeline, and requirements.

Updated and expanded accessibility services

Every accessibility service now has its own page.

Wheel diagram titled Accessibility Compliance Services for Documents and Web, divided into four segments: Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat PDF, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Interactive Forms (Acrobat and LiveCycle Designer), and HTML.

For documents, our core PDF and Office remediation is joined by a new Compliance Automation service that lets us process large document libraries at scale, with every file human-validated. And fillable forms now have a dedicated page, because forms have accessibility requirements a static document doesn’t: labeled fields, logical tab order, and controls that work for keyboard and screen-reader users.

Chart titled Accessibility Compliance Services for Audio and Video, branching into three services: Closed Captioning, Audio Description, and Accessible Media Transcript.

For video, captioning and audio description each cover the full range of options, from fully human to fully AI to hybrid, including SAIV-generated audio description that makes compliant AD affordable for corporate, training, and government video.

With about 20 years in accessibility and more than 15 in digital publication remediation, this is the work we know best, and the new site finally shows the full range of it.

The Scribe’s Press is back

Finally, we’re reviving this blog. The accessibility world has been busy: new DOJ deadlines for state and local governments, AI reshaping captioning and remediation, and standards that keep evolving. We’ll use The Scribe’s Press to cover notable developments in new technologies, regulatory trends, and industry insights, along with news of our own.

Take a look around the new site, and if there’s a topic you’d like us to cover, let us know. Ready to talk about a project? Request a quote or call (301) 986-0808.
